Job Description: As an In-Store Customer Service representative at Napev, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Providing information about promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.
Location: The In-Store Customer Service position is based at our Giffard Road, Palm Wine Junction, La location. Candidates must be able to commute to the store for their scheduled shifts.
